1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Auto Glass ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our auto glass repair and replacement services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Easy Auto Glass provides the following services:

  • Windshield replacement and repair
  • Side window and rear window replacement
  • RV and commercial vehicle glass services
  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration
  • Fleet services for commercial customers
  • Mobile on-site service
  • Insurance claim assistance

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment Confirmation

All service appointments must be confirmed in advance. We will provide you with an estimated time window for service completion. While we strive to meet scheduled times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

Access Requirements

For mobile services, you must provide safe and accessible location for our technicians to perform the work. This includes adequate lighting, level ground, and protection from weather conditions when necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Prices may vary based on vehicle make, model, year, and specific glass requirements.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved insurance claims. For insurance work, deductibles are due at time of service.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for services outside normal business hours, remote locations, or special circumstances requiring additional labor or materials.

5. Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship for windshield installations and a 12-month warranty on repairs. This warranty covers defects in installation or repair work performed by our technicians.

Parts Warranty

Glass and parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. We will replace defective parts at no charge during the warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty coverage is void if unauthorized repairs are attempted.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
  • Ensure vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for service
  • Remove personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Provide necessary keys and access to the vehicle
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
  • Follow post-installation care instructions
  • Report any issues with completed work promptly

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Loss of use of the vehicle
  • Personal property left in the vehicle
  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
  • Damage caused by customer negligence
  • Issues arising from manufacturer defects in glass or parts

8. Insurance Claims

We work with most major insurance companies to process claims. However:

  • You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and deductibles
  • We cannot guarantee insurance claim approval
  • You remain ultimately responsible for all charges
  • Any disputes with insurance companies are between you and your insurer

9. Safety and Compliance

All work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations. We use OEM-equivalent or OEM glass and materials. ADAS calibration services meet manufacturer specifications and DOT requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Easy Auto Glass or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona state law

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Arizona.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
